stomach flu or food poisoning got me, I was sick as a dog yesterday and although improved, still not feeling up to par. I will take files home with me to work from home tomorrow. As always, I will continually check email. Wedding is just a few days away, I think that is contributing to queasiness.

Oh no! Hope you can get some rest, let us know if we can do anything. I’m sure the wedding will go well. Good luck!

Guys, I am out today. Except for Trevor, we all have the flu at my house. Thankful that Trevor is well since he is having the STARR testing this week.

Hi! Wanted to give you an update. I had an MRI yesterday after pain all weekend after the second surgery. There’s at least one more stone, maybe a couple more (it’s a very small area, and even the MRI can’t give a clear enough picture. They see one for certain, and the other dots could be air bubbles or shadows) but the one stone they see is way too high to reach without an incision and some invasive surgery, which is not preferable with the blood infection. So, we’re going to wait. I have pain meds and if I have pain, that means they can be reached with the tools they have and no incision (because it’s only painful when the stones fall into the biliary duct — right now, they’re way up in the left lobe of the liver). For now, we’re trying to concentrate on the blood infection and get rid of that, then deal with the stones. Current plan is only 3 more days of antibiotics and then they pull the picc line from my arm on Thursday or Friday (depending on blood culture results) For now, feeling fine, just really tired (the IV antibiotics make me exhausted.) So, looking forward to not having to do antibiotics and get the port out of my arm so I can take showers like a normal person and not have to wrap myself in Saran Wrap. ;)

Thanks! Hope to see you Friday, but it will depend on my Thur. dr. appointment. Thanks for holding down the fort. So sorry it’s taken so long to get well.

Whitney, ditto, hope everything goes well on Thursday. Do not worry about the office, everyone is doing and excellent job (you trained us well). :) We want you to take care of yourself and get well. Do not try to rush back Friday. Come in on Monday, and see how you feel. You may even want to start off slow by working half days the first few weeks until you get your strength back–believe me, I know. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Miss ya!

What a journey this whole thing has been… Glad to hear you are recovering well. I emphatically second everything Sharon said! I hope you are in fact resting at home. I know it’s hard to sit still with so much to do. :) Before you know it, you’ll be going full speed again.

    Out tomorrow most of day

Hey guys. I’ll be at MarCom tomorrow morning and then at another meeting at the District Office that afternoon. I’ll be out pretty much all day. Not sure if I’ll be coming in. Call/Text me if you need me. Thanks!

Hi, all! Just wanted to let you know that I finally have a tentative return date. If all goes as planned with Thursday’s surgery, I’ll be back Friday, April 27. Also, just FYI, I’m not checking email. I’m on short term medical leave, and the meds make me really tired. Also, the line in my arm makes it hard to do much of anything (especially type.) I tried to answer a few emails today, but if you have questions, work with each other or JJ on them so I don’t hold things up. Thanks!

Good to know, glad to hear from you, I remember when Frank had his picline, how it got in the way and made it rather inconvenient to do anything. We miss you, see you soon.

I saw a deal for online for $5 for $10 worth of Italian lunch at Siciliano’s. Anyone interested? If so, reply here. Thanks!
