Institutional Effectiveness – Richland’s Office of Planning and Research for Institutional Effectiveness (OPRIE) recently hosted a series of assessment workshops to acquaint faculty and staff with SACSCOC and THECB expectations for the assessment of student learning outcomes and administrative and support services. For greater convenience and ready access, OPRIE staff have created an online version of assessment-related tools and instructions. The assessment site may be accessed at http://www.richlandcollege.edu/assessment. This site contains presentations for assessing administrative and student support services; transfer programs/Core curriculum; and career and technical programs, as well as a quick reference guide for basic WEAVEonline functions used in engaging in the assessment process and achieving the college-wide participation expectation.
