Institutional Effectiveness – The team responsible for leading the efforts to complete Richland’s SACSCOC Certification of Compliance and Quality Enhancement Plan topic identification, in preparation for Richland’s 2013 SACSCOC accreditation reaffirmation, attended the SACSCOC Annual Conference in Kentucky, Dec. 4-7. Team members spent valuable time in a session with Steven Sheeley, Richland’s assigned SACSCOC vice president, obtaining information and guidelines regarding the importance of the compilation of a mature body of evidence proving how Richland identifies, delivers, assesses, achieves, and improves student learning outcomes for the educational programs Richland offers, as well as for educational and administrative support services.
