Employee Success – Barbara Dogger, Richland lead faculty for ESOL writing/grammar, has been invited by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) to serve on the Learning Outcomes Work Group for Developmental Education in ESOL Writing and Grammar. This group, working from May through July 2012, will collaborate with the THECB to determine and update the learning outcomes to be listed in the Academic Course Guide Manual (ACGM). These outcomes will be used by higher education institutions during the 2012-2013 academic year to develop, update and revise their current developmental education interventions.
