Richland leaders assign responsibilities for organizational actions
Institutional Effectiveness – During its monthly Thunion review of key indicator performance this week, Richland’s Senior Leadership Team finalized assignments of responsibility for the college’s 2012-13 Organizational Actions. Richland will be focusing on its organizational-level efforts to 1) create an exceptional learning environment and experience for its students; 2) effectively select, support, and engage employees; and 3) ensure a successful 2013 SACSCOC accreditation reaffirmation. Individual ThunderTeam members were also assigned to various actions, and Continuous Improvement Plan originators were named to develop the identified action plans.
