Institutional Effectiveness – A Reading Committee, composed of members of Richland’s Office of Planning and Research for Institutional Effectiveness (OPRIE), Amy Ferguson, librarian, and Latrenda Thomas, Test Center director, recently completed its review of Richland’s latest Administrative Support/Student Services Program Review submissions. Lennijo Henderson, director of library services, and Martha Timberlake, Learning Center associate dean, also joined Ferguson and Thomas in reviewing the submissions. Reading Committee members provide valuable institutional service in giving their time and expertise to provide feedback to program review participants by identifying departmental strengths and opportunities for continuous improvement.
