Institutional Effectiveness – Richland’s Expanded ThunderTeam prepared the first draft of Richland’s 2012-13 Organizational Action Plan (OAP) complete with specific actions, continuous improvement plan originators, considerations for human resource capability and capacity, technology, facilities and budget amounts. The OAP provides focused institutional direction toward accomplishing Richland’s Four Strategic Planning Goals for Student Learning.
