College’s senior leader team begin identifying improvement areas

Institutional Effectiveness – Richland’s senior leadership team, in collaboration with Richland’s Office of Planning and Research for Institutional Effectiveness staff, began the process of identifying with their reporting departments areas of continuous improvement professional development for 2012-13. This process ensures that professional development will be relevant to the work being done and remains in alignment with Richland’s strategic plan.
