Institutional Effectiveness – Members of the Richland QEP Implementation Team and Fall 2012 History 1301 QEP Pilot Implementation instructors participated in a two-day workshop on the Effective Lifelong Learning Inventory (ELLI) presented by consultants from Vital Partnerships on Aug. 2 and 3. These Richlanders are now ELLI Champions who will use this ELLI knowledge and skills to integrate strategies that foster characteristics of lifelong learners in their classroom instruction. They will also train other faculty in using the ELLI to further develop and assess these vital skills throughout Richland’s proposed QEP Five-Year Implementation Scale-Up Plan, Developing Learning Power.
