Employee Success – Ryder Richards, Richland gallery director, has been invited to participate in the prestigious, year-long Roswell Artist in Residence Program in Roswell, N.M., from August 2012 to September 2013. The residency, known as the Gift of Time, allows artists to work without distraction in an effort to break new ground and focus on their individual artistic goals. Room, board, studio space and exhibitions are provided throughout the year-long program.
