Sustainable Community Building – Congratulations to Susan Barkley, executive dean, Richland College School of World Languages, Cultures and Communications, who was honored with the 2012 Outstanding Women of Today – Education Award by Altrusa International, Inc. of Richardson during its award luncheon on Oct. 26.
