Student Success – Richland College hosted a Choosing Your College Major workshop on Nov. 13 to help area high school students get on track before they begin college. Studies show that college students who file degree plans are the ones who graduate on time. The workshop, designed for high school juniors and seniors and their parents, aligned with the Texas Completes initiative, a statewide community college program focusing on students completing their college degrees or certificates before transferring to four-year universities and colleges or entering the workforce.
