Institutional Effectiveness – This fall 2012, Richland College’s program review of its administrative support and student services units transitioned from a five-year review cycle to an annual one. In fulfillment of this effort, several areas have recently completed their analysis of departmental strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT), including Emeritus, Rising Star, TRIO-SSS, Upward Bound, Facilities, ACCESS, and College Communications and Marketing. An annual program review allows departments to better address strategic objectives and provides a consistent framework for continuous improvement.
