Institutional Effectiveness – Richland College’s Quality Assessment Committee (QAC) completed spring training this week to prepare them to conduct assessment training for workgroup team leaders across the college. The QAC, comprised of faculty, administrators, and staff, reviewed assessment standards and changes, discussed common opportunities for improvement, and identified potential dates for team leader training.
