Institutional Effectiveness – Richland College hosted a team of Central New Mexico Community College (CNMCC) faculty on Jan. 31. The visitors spent the day conversing with faculty, staff, and administrators about Richland College student learning success and retention initiatives, full-time and adjunct faculty professional development model, and other topics relevant to the CNMCC action team’s work in developing a first-year experience at CNMCC.
