Leaders meet to determine student satisfaction survey questions
Institutional Effectiveness – Bao Huynh, Richland College director of institutional research, met with the college’s senior leadership team on Feb. 26 to finalize the 10 customized questions to be included in the Noel Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory to be administered to a random sample of 2,500 students the first week of March. The customized questions focus on obtaining feedback about student engagement, service learning, awareness of student services available on campus and online, degree completion, and exceptional customer service. he Noel Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory measures student satisfaction and priorities, indicating how satisfied students are as well as what issues are important to them. Data results and comparisons to national benchmarks are used to inform continuous improvement strategies.
