Five-year plan presented to senior leaders
Institutional Effectiveness – Richland College Information Technology staff, in collaboration with Office of Planning, Research, Effectiveness, and Development staff, presented to the Senior Leadership Team on March 5 the proposed Richland College Information Technology (IT) Five-Year Strategic Plan 2013-2018. The plan includes four goals relating to supporting and maintaining an effective, efficient, and sustainable network infrastructure; optimal standards in computing technology hardware and software; sufficient capacity and capability for college IT needs; and a secure IT system. Each goal is directly linked to Richland College’s overall strategic plan and is supported by measurable objectives to be tracked for performance and opportunities for improvement. A collegewide IT Strategic Planning Committee will be charged with executing the plan.
